About Fly Cham (Cham Wings)
Cham Wings Airlines was founded in late 2007 as the first privately owned Syrian airline, with its headquarters in Damascus. In May 2025 it was officially renamed Fly Cham after a UAE investor acquired a 60% stake in the company from businessman Yasar Ibrahim, forming a Syrian–Emirati partnership. It now serves as Syria's second national carrier connecting the country to the rest of the world.
The airline operates from and to Damascus International Airport, Aleppo International Airport and Lattakia Airport, running regular flights to destinations with sizeable Syrian communities such as Sharjah, Moscow, Beirut, Yerevan and Kuwait, serving travellers and expatriates alike.

Baggage
Business: one checked piece up to 40 kg, plus one 10 kg cabin bag. Economy: one checked piece up to 30 kg, plus one 7 kg cabin bag. Infants (under 2) receive up to 10 kg. On certain restricted routes such as Damascus–Erbil the checked allowance is 20 kg. Extra baggage can be purchased, with fees varying by destination. Please confirm the allowance at booking, as it may vary by fare type and route.
Cabin classes
Two cabins aboard the Airbus A320: Business (12 seats) and Economy (about 138–144 seats). Business seat pitch is roughly 41 inches, versus 30 inches in Economy (36 inches at emergency-exit rows).

Business Class
Business Class offers an extra baggage allowance of up to 40 kg plus 7 kg for cabin baggage, along with more comfortable seats, a selection of meals and drinks, and access to the business lounge. It also includes a complimentary limousine service to and from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi airports. To book Business Class, contact Pack & Go during working hours.
Free Limousine Service
The limousine service is complimentary exclusively for Business Class travellers to and from Sharjah Airport (covering pickups within Sharjah, Ajman and Dubai) and Abu Dhabi Airport (Abu Dhabi only), and the two zones cannot be combined: booking to Sharjah means transfer within Sharjah/Dubai/Ajman, while booking to Abu Dhabi means transfer within Abu Dhabi only. The service is requested through a Business Class booking, with the request submitted to the Pack & Go or Fly Cham office at least 48 hours in advance. The driver waits for the traveller on arrival and for the return journey.
Unaccompanied Minors
A dedicated service for children aged 5 to 12 travelling on their own, where the crew escorts them from check-in through the gate and boarding, and hands them over on arrival to their family or the authorized person. This arrangement must be requested through the booking office more than 48 hours before the flight, and the service fee is $75. You can easily arrange it by contacting Pack & Go.
In-flight Entertainment
The entertainment system offers movies, series, TV shows, music, educational and religious programmes, and the in-flight magazine, along with cartoon content and games for children. The content is accessed by connecting the traveller's own personal device to the entertainment network, and it is available on all flights.
Additional Passenger Services
Additional passenger services include onboard oxygen, which requires a medical report specifying the amount of oxygen needed. To arrange this service, please contact Pack & Go ahead of travel so the necessary details can be coordinated.
