  • Processing time for normal visa is 3 to 5 working days. Urgent visa 24 to 48 hours
  • Once a visa is requested, the official fee cannot be refunded, regardless of the outcome of the visa application
  • Visa fees become required once you confirm these terms and conditions
  • The status of the visa follows an exclusive decision of the Immigration Department, and the issuance or rejection cannot be controlled by any other party.
  • Pack and Go Travel and Tourism Company cannot accelerate or change the course of visa implementation, it is a purely electronic process that goes through smoothly without any interference.
  • Once issued, the visa will be valid for entry within 60 days from the date of issue.
  • The deadline for entry cannot be extended. The period of stay in the country according to each visa is 30 or 90 days depending on your request, it can be extended within the country at an additional cost
  • Please do not book flights or hotels until the visa is actually issued, neither Pack and Go Travel and Tourism nor the Emirates Immigration Department shall be responsible for any expenses related to the delay in the visa.
  • Pack and Go Travel and Tourism apologizes to the holders of the following passports Afghanistan, Libya, or refugee passports.
  • There is a "departure" guarantee of 1000 dirhams (for some cases), which is a refundable guarantee after departure or change of status according to the terms and conditions within the UAE. You are not entitled to stay in the UAE after the expiry of the visa period you obtained, otherwise it will be considered a violation. The departure guarantee is designed to ensure non-violation.
  • If you have a high profession or residence in one of the countries of the Cooperation Council or traveled to the Emirates before that, all of this exempts you from paying the guarantee, so please attach proof to exempt you from the guarantee.
